The defendent agrees to return for his or her trial. The last option is to PAY THE ENTIRE BOND AMOUNT ordered by the judge. By paying the entire sum of the bond will assure the court that you will appear and you will get the total amount back as long as you appear in court on the days and times that is ordered. If you do not appear as ordered, you will forfeit the entire amount of the bond to the court and you could be rearrested for failure to appear.
